Our Story

34 Years of Trusted Community Management

Century Management Consultants was built on a simple belief: the communities of South Florida deserve a management company that treats residents like neighbors — not ticket numbers. That belief has guided every decision we've made since 1992.

Our Story

Built on Relationships, Not Contracts

CMC didn't grow through marketing campaigns or technology platforms. We grew because a board in Boynton Beach told another board in Lake Worth: “Call CMC — they actually pick up the phone.”

From day one, we understood that a community association is not just a business entity. It's where families raise children, where retirees spend their afternoons, where neighbors become lifelong friends. The people who live in these communities deserve management that reflects that reality.

Thirty-five years later, many of our client communities have been with us for 15 years or more. That kind of retention doesn't come from a software portal. It comes from knowing your property manager's direct cell number, knowing they'll call you back the same day, and knowing they were at your community last week — not just reviewing a report.

The property management industry has shifted toward automation and self-service. We believe technology should support great service, not substitute for it. We use the best tools available — and we still answer the phone.

The CMC Difference

Human-First in a Tech-First Industry

Real Conversations

No automated phone trees. No ticketing systems that vanish into a queue. When you call CMC, you reach a person who knows your community.

Long-Term Commitment

We don't treat every contract as a new engagement. We treat it as the beginning of a long-term partnership — and we manage accordingly.

South Florida Roots

We're not a national chain. We live and work in the same communities we manage. Hurricane season isn't an abstract concern — it's personal.

Core Values

What We Stand For

Transparency

We keep every board member fully informed — clear financial reporting, honest assessments, and open communication at every step. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Responsiveness

When you call, we answer. Same-day callback is our guarantee, not a policy goal. Our managers carry direct cellular lines because emergencies don't follow business hours.

Professionalism

Every CMC property manager holds an active Florida CAM license and completes annual continuing education — community law, insurance, landscaping, and more.

Community-First

Every decision is guided by what is best for the residents who live there. We don't manage properties — we care for people's homes.

Our People

Built to Support Your Community
